I’m 41 today🎈

When I was in my 20s I thought being in your 40’s was old and now that I’m here I don’t feel that way 🤪

However I am way more aware of my feelings and emotions than I was in my 20s….and today I’m sitting with many.

I don’t know if you can relate, but some days I sit and finally look at what I’m being called forward into.

I know when I feel full (not in a good way!) I need a shift. When I’m full to the brim it’s hard to stop to face it!!

Lately I have been feeling full!! Just ask my husband 🙄 I get snappy. Oh so snappy. Yeah, it’s not my best, but today I’m committed to accepting this and choosing again! Hallelujah.

My goodness these past 2 years have brought up super old stuff I get to let go of and new opportunities I can trust I must walk into with an open heart.

Today is a new day, a new year for me and that means…I stop letting lies fill my mind and start listening to what God is saying and I choose again.

Things are sure feeling BIG lately don’t they??

It hasn’t been easy. Some days are hard and emotions are high.

But remember, it’s a bad day, not a bad life. Say it out loud if you need to.

When I feel angry or even lonely, I pause and come back into the moment where life is truly happening!

I’ll hug my daughter and just look into her eyes as I feel the love and nothing else matters!!

A simple shift in focus will stop us from being weighed down. It will help us to know that God is in control.

I sure feel the bigness of what happening is for the good!

Some days I look at this little girl and wonder if I’m doing a good enough job…

I ask myself if there are any gaps I need to fill to live totally in love?!

Because she’s watching and absorbing all I do and all I am.

Some days I can be better.

The truth is, I was triggered today and she was reflecting my mood. A quick walk helped bring a shift to both of us ☀️🌸

Some days are quite triggering and that’s ok. We can always choose again.

My goodness, we are all learning big lessons aren’t we??

I have learned over the years to receive this protection and not push it away. When I was in the belief “I can take care of myself” nothing passionate happened in my life.

What if everyone stopped and realized we are all just facing our biggest fears and traumas?

Honestly, each of us are. We see this playing out in the world today and how we’re making our choices.

I have been working closely with people to make changes in their lives that allow them to feel better for the past 15 years.

And I know exactly what is playing out…

Many are afraid of what people will think of them so they go against their soul to feel less afraid of being judged. But also, many don’t fear this.

People face the fear of getting sick and death, yet some don’t.

Some face the fear of losing their family dynamics and relationships and this doesn’t seem to bother others.

What I know to be true is that each of us are trying to protect ourselves from something and yet we all have different beliefs to be TRUE!

My personal fear and trauma was the fear of abandonment (which I have worked on) so I’d never make choices others could make during this weird time.

What if we all accepted we have different beliefs and also not make this one way?? The powers that be know that they can work with our fears and traumas and know some won’t buy it.

It’s been hard to navigate these times hasn’t it?

I know you’re doing the best you can as am I! My daughter is who is on my heart the most and I’m doing all I can to help her have normal and not create trauma from all of this.

We are living normally, with people we love around. She will never see us cover our faces or not have mom or dad with her daily. These things are important for US.

Although I talk to many here who are seeing things differently today and with fear being forced through our country, more and more are standing up to accept we’re all different and no one should have their freedoms threatened because each of us have a different truth.

We now are seeing the system wobble and more people accept that we all play a role here and we get to learn from one another.

Here we go, back to our faith. We are all safe to explore and even drop the fears and traumas we carry to feel lighter and free!
